Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA)

AEP Consulting delivered comprehensive engineering and project management services throughout the full project lifecycle. Our role included developing project scopes and defining project requirements to support funding submissions, facilitating approvals with TMR's Natural Disaster Program team, and working collaboratively with the TMR design team and specialist design consultants to develop technically robust, practical, and deliverable design solutions.

We provided engineering design input and technical reviews, project management, contract administration, and project close-out services, ensuring effective coordination, quality outcomes, and successful project delivery from initiation through to completion.

The recovery works are jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
