Dhanushka (Don) is a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer (CPEng), RPEQ, and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering transport infrastructure, disaster recovery, rail, mining, land development, and civil construction projects across Queensland.

He currently works as a Project Manager with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Southern Queensland Region, managing Routine Maintenance Works for Lockyer Valley regional Council and Western Downs Regional Council. Don has previously worked with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) managing Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangement (DRFA) projects valued at approximately $150 million, including project scoping, funding submissions, project management, design management, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, risk management, budget control, and delivery of recovery works.

Don has extensive experience in client-side project management, construction delivery, quality assurance, and contractor management, with a strong background working with government agencies, councils, consultants, and major contractors. His project experience includes road rehabilitation, infrastructure recovery, rail infrastructure, light rail, pipelines, land development, and civil construction projects.
